In 2007 I was commissioned to make a piece of work as a wedding gift from Peak District Artisans
to their patron William, Earl of Burlington and his wife Laura.
I made two heart shapes in hand-made paper, with lettering painted in gouache with a fine brush.
Since this commission, I have gone on to make many heart pieces, using various texts from sources which inspire me.
All the work shown here uses hand-made paper, acrylic and gouache paint. The lettering is painted with a brush and gouache paint.
There is a limited supply of prints of some of this work.
